Game language selection

• Automatic recognition on first start
• Optional change in settings if we want a different language
• Full support for English, Czech, Chinese

Skins

• Choice of up to 4 models
• Automatic recognition on restart

Minor update – Correction of respawn problem

• Fixed bug starting with respawn where player model was missing
• The Russian language will also be supervised here
